Hi, I’m Caleb — pastry chef, owner, and the heart behind Sweet Cubby’s.

My journey in pastry began long before Sweet Cubby’s existed. After earning my degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Southern New Hampshire University, I followed my passion to New York City, where I had the privilege of working in some incredible kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned hospitality groups. Those experiences taught me the artistry, precision, and hospitality that continue to inspire everything I create today.

Sweet Cubby’s was born in 2020 during the uncertainty of the pandemic. What started as a way to share a little comfort and joy with friends and neighbors quickly grew into something much bigger. In 2022, the business was reimagined as Sweet Cubby’s — named after my childhood nickname, "Cubby" — and became a reflection of everything I love most: community, creativity, and bringing people together through food.

Today, Sweet Cubby’s specializes in curated pastry boxes, celebration cakes, dessert catering, and seasonal offerings crafted in small batches with care. Every recipe is thoughtfully developed, every order is personally prepared, and every customer is welcomed like family.

As a proud small business owner in the Monadnock Region, I believe food has the power to create connection. Whether it's a birthday cake, a wedding dessert table, a pastry box shared with loved ones, or a community fundraiser, I am honored to help celebrate life's meaningful moments.
